The Truth About Beer

The word “Alcoholic” is connected to negative terms. But it is scientifically proven that when consumed moderately, it can provide many benefits. For example, reducing the risk of developing or dying of heart diseases or reducing the risk of strokes. Beer is one of the well known alcoholic drink across the world. It is the third most popular drink overall after water and tea. It is consumed worldwide. 42% of the bibulous in America prefer beer.  It is prepared from malted barley but other grains such as maize, wheat, rice is also used in the fermentation process.

Is it healthy to consume beer every day?

The answer is NO. Drinking one drink per day or in 3 to 4 days is fine for the person who drinks on a regular basis. But a person should avoid drinking more than 2 drinks per week. 

Its side effects include flushing, blacking out, and trouble controlling emotions. 

It can also cause confusion, loss of coordination, memory loss, mental problems, and heart problems.
